Identification of Fungi using morphology and PCR Method

This is my final year project where I did the process of PCR method and morphology identification. This research is to identify the species of Penicillium and Aspergillus.

And this is Aspergillus sp

Based on this morphological identification and using BLAST database, I identified the species by comparing inside the existed fungi species in the database.
