the other day for TAMIYA Day

Hubby saya so really into collections. One of it..  TAMIYA. 


He collected the rare one. Usually he just buy it and simpan. Tak pasang sebab sayang katanya. So yang di sacrifice satu jelah setakat ni untuk main di track. Ada one of the place ni kat area setapak. So adalah snap2 sikit time pergi setapak. 

He and friends duk memasang kereta tu je. I just sit there and watch. Bagi semangat kalau kereta tu terbang langgar dinding. Hahaha.

ITS ALL ABOUT MIGRAINE

What Is a Migraine?



A migraine is a headache (throbbing pain). The pain can last from four hours to three days if untreated. It can be triggered by:


  1. Foods 
  2. Stress 
  3. Hormones

Migraines make you very SENSITIVE to light & sound. Climbing stairs could also make you dizzy. It causes nausea, vomiting & problem in vision. Some people have symptoms before the pain comes. They may have a blurry vision before the pain attack. There's also changes in body reaction before migraine comes. This includes:
  • Mood change
  • Sense and taste changes
  • The body becomes fatigue
  • Yawn frequently 
  • Muscle tension



For those who experience sensitivity of light, polarized sunglasses are helpful. Reduce stress by doing relaxation exercise. Inhale and exhale helps a lot in minimizing stress and anxiety problem, hence lead to reduction in this diseases. Regular amount of foods intake and sleeping hour also helps. Drink lots of plain water to maintain sodium and H20 level and don't forget always to maintain optimum level of sugar in the body.

Food that should be avoided for you who always have migraine:
  1. MSG
  2. Fermented and stored foods such as Cheese & Soy sauce
  3. Chocolate
  4. Processed meat
There is a traditional alternative to treat migraine.
ACUPUNCTURE. Some researchers have found acupuncture can relief pain.
